We have been investors in this company for the past 5 years and have been integral to the growth of their Care and BTR portfolio. We have successfully invested in, and exited, a number of Care Home investments and are currently invested in a number of Care Home builds - along with 3 major BTR sites which will deliver 850 rooms and a GDV of £250m.
ACT Medical
We are proud to have been the first investors in this startup, supporting Joseph on his journey. We have invested in SEIS and EIS in to this venture and are really excited about the near and long term future of this company.

We were an early investor in Pansports, providing startup and ongoing equity to the business. Over the past two years, the business has grown consideraly and is completing multi-million pound transactions on a regualr basis.
ESE Capital Limited
Collectively, we have invested in eight strategic land sites. We anticipate exiting in 2024 and realizing a significant ROCE and adding thousands of houses in to the market. We have a diversified investment portfolio from Scotland to the South Coast. Our most recent success has been The Barony, which is a groundbreaking investment and delivered a significant return to the TLEH portfolio.
Core LDN Limited
We were an early stage investor in Core LDN and have overseen the significant and sustainable growth of this business. It now has a footprint globally and has been involved in some very high profile media events.
