When we are given a mandate to achieve, we search the whole of market, leveraging our network to ensure no opportunity is missed.
For business sales, we act on either side of the transaction and only take a success fee.
Most transactions are results based - and as such, we only get paid once you achieve your goals.
As opposed to being a 'Jack of All Trades', TLEH appreciate the need for clarity and skill. We work with a small number of trusted partners to ensure the highest service standards to our clients.
Having personally overseen large and small transactions, a lack of attention to detail is a common mistake made by our peers. Therefore, in many cases, a trusted partner is of greater benefit than a big name.
Tim began his financial services journey during/ post the Tech Crash. He subsequently went on to manage a book of High Net Worth investors at a Private Bank. He co-founded his own wealth management business in 2010 and more recently founded TLEH Consulting to broaden his offering. He now deals with investors (primarily Family Offices and UHNWI) globally with deals ranging from £50,000 to north of £3bn.
Tim is Chairman of his local cricket club and a Trustee of a number of Charities. He is also a Director & Shareholder of a number of Companies.
Lucy manages the day to day running of the office. She oversees the on-boarding of all new clients and ensures every transaction closes without a hitch! Lucy's professional background stems from the construction sector, having worked in the space for her entire professional career.
A keen equestrian and country girl - you're more likely to find her in wellies and jodhpurs than a suit!
