TLEH charges a fee only for success, there being no up-front costs, but only a percentage of the investment actually received by the company. TLEH will often take a portion of its fee in equity where agreed and appropriate. 

Due to the nature of our business and our network of relationships, we are able to arrange a solution that is not "High Street" and bespoke to meet our clients needs.

We have experience across all markets - from Classic Cars, Private Jets, Business Sales, Portfolio Sales.

Whether it be a large ticket transaction with a valuation of several hundred million or a small transaction of a few hundred thousand, you get the same service, regardless. Our aim is to achieve your aims.

 Having built significant relationships with VC funds, Family Offices and a broad list of HNW’s over the last 20 years, TLEH employs a targeted approach to finding the right investors for each business, focusing only on such investors where specific relationships exist, rather than adopting a scatter-gun approach.

TLEH Consulting Limited is wholly owned by our founder. As such, we strive to find the best solutions possible in an increasingly difficult market place.

When we are given a mandate to achieve, we search the whole of market, leveraging our network to ensure no opportunity is missed. 

For business sales, we act on either side of the transaction and only take a success fee. 

Most transactions are results based - and as such, we only get paid once you achieve your goals.
